As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Cell Phone Safety Net provides low- or no-cost phones and services to individuals who need them most—those facing financial hardship, housing insecurity, or systemic barriers to connectivity. Every phone we distribute is a step toward equity, dignity, and opportunity.
